Right now i started to develop the interface of a house controlling system. The system is based on the open source solution Mister House. Because the existing interface looks "not that good" and I would like to get a bit into programming this looks like a good chance to improve both, the interface and my programming "skills". The Software is written in Perl and the interface will work like a website via html. Unfortunately I have less time for this project in the moment but I'm also happy that I found a guy who has a house with running bus system and very well programming skills. Our goal is to control lights, temperature, the roller blinds… with the webinterface from every place and with every device which has internet.
These are screenshots of the existing guis. Well, you can see there is a lot of work to do.
